Ordering

Does your store use secure ordering methods?
Yes, our store is VERY secure. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information every time you place an order.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your credit card information is NOT stored on our servers. Credit card processing is handled by First Data, the global technology leader in e-commerce. For PayPal orders, all sensitive information is kept within PayPal's secure system throughout the entire transaction.

When will my order be processed?
We process all orders within 2 business days of receiving them. If it is a preorder, we will process your order within 2 days of the item arriving in stock. We generally do not process orders during the weekend.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.

When do you charge me for preorder items?
If you use a credit card as your payment option, the amount will be temporarily charged to your card to verify that you have the funds available. This is only a temporary hold of funds required by our credit card processor as part of the authorization process. The actual charge will not be posted to your account until later when the item comes in stock. If you use PayPal as your payment option, payment is required at the time you place the order.

What if I order preorder and in-stock items in the same order?
Your order will not ship until all items have arrived at our warehouse. If you want to receive in-stock items now, and preorder items later, please place two separate orders.

Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge you sales tax if you live in the State of Minnesota. As required by local laws, the sales tax for Minnesota residents is 6.5%.



Shipping

US customers get free shipping on any order over $80! Our free shipping is not a limited time offer - it is always here for you to use. Simple add more than $80 worth of products to your shopping cart and choose Priority Mail as your shipping method. The shipping charge will automatically be set to $0.00. If there are both in-stock and pre-order items in your order, the entire order will ship once your last pre-order item arrives. We might choose to ship your order via UPS Ground instead of Priority Mail, depending on weight and cost. If this is a problem, just let us know in the Comments box during Check Out.

What shipping methods do you use?
For customers in the continental US we offer Priority Mail service through the US Post Office. If you cannot receive packages through this shipping method, send me an email and we can make special arrangements. For international members we use USPS Air Mail or USPS Priority Mail International, depending on the weight of your package.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate international customers. We use USPS Air Mail or USPS Priority Mail International, depending on the weight of your package.

How do you calculate shipping fees?
Shipping fees are based on both the weight of the package and your distance from our Minneapolis warehouse. All of our rates are calculated using the latest rates from USPS.

When will my pre-orders ship?
Our shipping estimates are based on Diamond's shipping estimates. Your items will ship within 2 business days of them arriving in our warehouse. If you have multiple pre-orders in one order they will ship whenever the last item is received. If you would like some pre-orders to ship before other pre-orders, please place two separate orders.

What is your return policy?
We accept refunds within 14 days of shipping. You will receive a full refund excluding shipping charges. All items must be unopened in their original packaging. If we made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item, we will pay for the shipping charges. Please use the email button above for all concerns related to returning an item.
